What do I need for the "Bright Idea"? Squid's all up in my buisness.
Need to cross the bridge to get to the Capitol and dumb squid is in the way. Says I need a "Bright Idea", so I got the photographer. Then I got the car dealer. Neither worked.

What do I need, please?

In the high-grounds of the area (access is in the north-east, along the beach), there's a lighthouse, just activate it.

That's pretty counter-intuitive considering when we took the taxi he flashed his lights at him, so I assumed being in a car would work.
