Rocket test sites and nuclear reactors

It's easy to find the information that building one of these will open up research in its field, but I've had no luck finding whether there's any advantage to building multiple levels of these facilities or to building them in multiple provinces. Does anyone know if there's an advantage to building more than one and the technical details of what advantage it'd give?

It boosts the related practicals and theories, which can speed up the related techs/units, but overall not really worth it (unless your trying to claw one of them way early -- even then it's marginable reward for the investment).

Apart from that, the only real reason to build multiples is in case you were concerned you would likely lose the province where it is.
