Finding podcast's TFH exe?

I've just installed Black Ice v7.4 but the link that is provided on the Black Ice forum is broken, i keep getting 404 when clicking on it, anyone out there that can help me out? I get to the menu but it's when starting a game that it keeps crashing on 'adapting history'. Thank you.

there is a video on youtube that shows an alternate way i can't remeber what its called so just surch up how to install black ice and it should come up in the meantime i will see if i can find it

Once you have podcats.exe where do you extract it to?
