need help with supply network

well, i am somewhat new to hoi3, and i got serious problems with my supply network.
maybe one of you fine lads can help me out with this.
there are two different scenarios, in both i played as germany and allready controlled france.

1. national spain offered me military transit rights even though they arent in my faction nor allied with me, which i gladly accepted in order to attack Gibraltar. but my troops werent supplied when they marched through spain and where useless when they reached Gibraltar.

2. i attacked together with hungary and italy yugoslavia and conquered it. but hungary and italy conquered the northern part before me, while i took the rest of the country, so that i dont have a direct land connection to the greece frontier. now i cant supply my units in southern Yugoslavia and therefor not invade greece, even though italy and hungary are my allies.

is there some way to get supplies through neutral and/or allied territory?
i know that i could create naval convoys, but in this particular game it isnt possible out of different reasons.

1. This is correct. Military transit rights are mostly useless because they don't give the transiting units supplies.

2. The supply system is pretty dumb this way. Your options would be to invade Bulgaria/Romania or get them into the Axis, thereby creating a land connection between Berlin and the Greece front.

Your other option would be to use naval transports to ferry divisions to Italian Albania, at which point the Italians will become responsible for supplying your troops.

learn and dont let it happen in ur next game is ur goal. allso u cant attack a country whin u get transit right and have a man in there country . so if u cant get ur man out it can be a real pain. im my game i never take a trans right do to like margen said it is kinda useless to do so. and for the most part its just better to take there land for ur self .

as far as yugo and greece i like to leave it to the allies. and keep my men to the north.

well, my men are in supply if they are in from italy occupied albania, but not in from me occupied south-yugo, while north-yugo is occupied by hungary, which is also allied with me. so it doesnt seem, that supplies actually go "through" allied territory.
