Black ICE installation
Im having trouble installing black ice. This mod is probably the biggest pain in the butt to install. I need help.

Where do you go wrong? 7.5 or 8.3?

Clean install or a patch from 8.2?

Download the mod's install file and place it in your main Hearts of Iron 3 folder (C:Program Files (x86)\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron 3) and then install. This way the installer will know where to extract the files correctly. Install the 8.0 592MB file first and then the 8.3 5 MB file. Dont launch the mod from the "launch Black Ice" file use the main steam launcher and checkmark "Black ICE" in the mod section of the startup options.

also where do i find this panzeroo mod and where do i put it?

Super easy.

Get it to TFH 8.02.

Use

Podcat's EXE LAA overwrite file.

Then unpack your ♥♥♥♥ BIce 8.00 into HOI3 dir.

Then unpack 8.03 patch into HOI3 dir.

Easy peasy.
