Black ICE mod Install

I need help on installing the mod i just cant get it to work and idk where i might have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up

if I remember correctly you need the 3 main expansions, TFH, Semper Fi and FTM.

There's an installer for the mod you basically just designate your root game folder and it'll install for you.

i got all expansions
however i downloaded the mod via google drive unpacked it and put the 2 folders into the mod folder

what part is it that doesnt work? Can you enable it through the launcher or nah?

yes i can
the loading screen works too (a new picture with Bice on it)
But after 2 min loading different stuff the game crashes

@Akestro sounds like you need the Podcats.exe LAA. You can find it in the megathread on the hoi3 tech subforum on the paradoxplaza forums :)

idk why but i had that one installed but after i redid it it now works
now i got 1 last question how do i change localisation?
i got it on german but id rather have it on english because of how bice works
do you know how to ?

Right click on HOI3 in your library -> Properties -> Language and select English :)

i tried that and also manually via the setting folder but with no effect at all

If you have Steam copy make a copy to desktop in folder...download podcast...exract to desktop with whatever rar file opener you have...make folder on desktop with podcast...open HOI3 folder you copied to desktop....find TFH folder...copy/paste podcast there....download Black Ice 10.32 mod...extract to new folder on desktop....copy/paste into TFH folder called mods....open HOI3 folder....look for game launcher...not TFH launcher or any other launcher...only game launcher....should open to screen TFH version 4.02 and box should have option what mod to play...tick box beside black ice mod...click play

You can find it inside official paradox forums. There is a thread only about it. You need to register your game if you want to grant access to that forum.

Yes, I am registered and I tried to fined the forum for HOI3 but could only find HOI4. Do I need to contact the forum moderator to get access? It is not possible to get Black Ice here in Steam?

If you have already registered HoI3, go to the forum section and search 'hoi3 BICE' or BICE 10.3. Or go to the proper forum Hoi3 Mods/BICE. Last version of BICE (10.32) is only possible to download from Paradox Forum, version 8 is in moddb.
