is there a cheat that would make countries declare war on eachother?

well basically I like to play the game realisticly a lot only that some things in it are rather unrealistic a bit
for instance while the soviet union is getting absolutely crushed by the axis they leave like 30 tank and motorised divisions in the far east at the border with manchukuo (japan) for no reason yeah I know the AI might think that japan will declare war on them but that never happens and the soviet AI ALWAYS put his troops on the border anyway
or when the germans launch operation barbarossa and finland , romania and hungary dont declare war on the soviets thats the issue that has been annoying me all the time I could have fixed that when I was playing as one of the axis nations as I could declare not a limited but a normal war that would draw all my allies to the war with the soviets but of course also japan would join which most of the time I didnt want but its ok but now Im playing as britian and its very very very annoying for me seeing like 50 hungarian bulgarian romanian division defending occupied farnce and germany If it would be realistic there divisions would have their hands full in the soviet union and the germans would have had to pull back their division from there to the western front but thats not happening the germans are gonna defeat the soviets soon and I dont know If ill be able to get the germans to surrender in time as there is a lot of these troops in france . HOW DO I MAKE ROMANIA DECLARE WAR ON SOVIET UNION?

You could save and then go into those countries declaring war on the USSR. Then return to your country

Better yet, use "tag" command in the cheating window. Less time-craving and it doesnt mess up your country during. REMEMBER to pause the game before and during "cheat".

tag command? what is this command? never heard about it

Ok, here it is: open the cheat window. then write i.e. tag Usa (first letter must be cap, this for a usa as an example), hit enter. That will switch the country you play to Usa. (DO NOT HIT UNPAUSE! KEEP IT PAUSED). then you can "mess around" as if it was your country. say start some reaserch or building up stuff and so. Or try to declare war. When you are done (say for example you originaly play as Poland), open the cheat window again, type "tag Pol" and whoops, you are right back to your country. Really simple :-)

Personally I use it with major powers to keep a tap on what they are reaserching and what they are building. On rare occasions I "help" them with things, like i.e Germans build few ships, or Japan some Carriers and so. Try it, its fun, but dont "miss-use" it :-)) All up to you, but I hope it will help you in your quest!
