How to go Irish National Socialist?

I bought hoi3 because it looked a lot more in depth than hoi4 and the reviews were a lot better and I wasn't dissapointed just from youtube it looks a lot better and I am very happy that I bought it...

However for my first game I decied to go Ireland because thats where I'm from ansd I would go Irish national socialist and attact Britian. To be honest I didn't have much hope of ever winning against them and would have considered it a victory if I managed to hold onto Northern Ireland.

But thats all changed now. Now all I care about is going Irish National Socialist that seems impossible because every time the party reached about 6 or 7% everyone in Ireland colectivly wakes up one morning and decides today I'm going to be a social liberal and I don't know why.

To be honest I have even cheated the first time with a code from the internet I found event 4006 which makes you 'National Socialist' but apparantly thats not the same as 'Irish National Socialist' because I cant change the law that needs you to be Irish National Socialist.

The second time I cheated I just went into Germany set Ireland as priority to influnce by supporting the German party in Ireland and it seems to work I got the Irish National Socialist party to 2% orginisation and about 8% popularity when yet again some democrocy just gains all the support. Not only that but Germany continuasly thinks its not worth their time supporting National Socialists in Ireland and when they do the popularity tanks.

I've pretty much given up on ever going to war with Britian or anyone else and focoused all my efforts on becoming Irish National Socialist as the main goal of the entire game.

Can someone please help I have no idea what I'm doing wrong and even when it gets to about 8% their are no Irish National Socialists to hire in the polotics screen.

You can´t change the political party by yourself. You only can promote the ruling party.

You can get influenced by some other countries and if they are facist and decide to support their party, this party get stronger and could win the next election. This would result in a drift and change of political system.

Other way you can edit Ireland out of the game. Just change the file for ireland: history>countries>ireland; government = national_socialism
