Cannot use the healing Mushroom PP item

I have it placed in the active slot.
It shows on the UI/HUD.
Pressing down on the D-pad lights up the Mushroom HUD confirming that pressing the button is doing something but nothing happens. I don't receive a heal over 30 seconds.
It doesn't go on any sort of cooldown either.

Hey! Thanks for reporting, we are aware of this and investigating. Please quit to menu and load back in to see if this fixes it!

I had closed the game when i made this thread and upon continueing the game and trying to use it, it worked. Not sure what could be causing it, but gl fixing it.

Had this same issue, exiting to main menu and loading back in fixed it for me as well.
