Error Code (12007)

i keep getting cannot connect to game server. (12007). i already downloaded the game twice and im still getting the same thing. how do i fix this problem?

Hey, did you guys send this to the support link? That goes to our customer service and collects details like machine spec, internet speed, and what you were doing when error occured. This allows us to more effectively pinpoint the issue.
