Rise of incarnates's REVIVAL

As we all know Rise of incarnates shutdown at 15th of December.

However i want to tell you Rise of incarnates has a high chance of being revived. I have the game files prior to the shutdown patch which means its possible to make Rise playable for everyone if you or someone you know knows how to edit the game files.

The problems i'm facing at the moment from my attempts to run the game are:

1) 515 - When using original files without editing (Game launches and starts loading but stops mid way because the servers are offline).

2) 9009 - When i've tried changing the game's app ID (Game launches but doesn't start loading).

3) 9000 - When i've tried to change some other stuff (Game launches briefly and this error pops up).

4) 9019 - When trying to loopback the server (127.0.0.1) with all possible ports (It checks every port and after it finishes scanning it gives this error).

5) 12007 - Dead response dead i tell youuuu!

To sum up or tldr

I have the game files prior to the shutdown patch. Add me on steam if you want the game files inorder to try fixing the game or send it to someone who can so we will all be able to play it again :)

Nah i'm actually having more fun playing next plus but having rise back would be nice. Besides we can't play Next plus together because it lags too much (180 ping slows the game down) unlike rise where the netcode was way more stable.

So, you're saying that you can't play the game since the shut down on Dec. 2015? But how'd you be able to run this game?

I have the game's files so i can launch the game but it isn't playable because i get the errors i've written above.
