Manpower Cheat
So, I found this while playing with some coding in the savegame files:

"manpower=0.245'

I looked in-game at my manpower, and it was exactly 245. So, I've been messing around with it. Change the 245 to the amount of manpower you want. I am not sure if you should change the whole number, just change the decimals.

Once in your savegame file, press Ctrl+F and search "manpower=0" to find this.

Edit: I found out the whole number edits the thousands. 999 = 999,000 manpower.

you got your game to work it seems thats good. yea there also a save editor that makes editing the save alot easier and the console to enter cheats like annex REB gets rid of all rebels in the world which i love
