Is imperial administration worth it?
Hi guys, I've benn playing a game with the Ottoman Empire, and after a bit of war and vassalizations, i've unlocked the national decision to adopt imperial administration, but I'm not sure if it is worth the -3 stabilty hit. What is the diference, exactly between Imperial administration and other monarchies(I'm a despotic monarchy), because the game isnt very specific.Oh, I'm in EU3 complete, so no HTTT or Divine Wind.
Thanks for the time.

It's also important to look at the bigger picture and to take unders consideration the advancements of forms of government. Planning your sliders and your future governments is important so i would post this link as well:

Since you have the complete version look at the illustration named "In Nomine" to have better understanding where does the Empire stands compared to all the other forms of government.

Ottoman events like establishing Istanbul as the capitol give you stability. Time the switch with events like this.
