Just picked up this game yesterday and have lots of questions! 1. I noticed that the enemy has planes and tanks before I even can produce a single good to build up troops. 1a. If I do build up an army, does it make the computer less likely to attack? I will eventually need more rich territories. 1b. I noticed that when I mouse over the wind power in the construction window that the value changes. Is this a bit of a bug? 2. How is the ranking determined?
