B4 Access Denied with date

Has anyone else seen this? What does it mean?
If you click on the wall before where you teleport in, this appears

This is an easter egg, there is a way to bypass the access denied and see an even cooler easter egg. The object is really tiny though and hard to find. Here are some hints:

#1: Located in the puzzle "Wrap Around the Corner"
#2: Still can't find it? Perhaps consulting the Messengers may be able to help you.
#3: Here is the location... look at the counsel board (where you can seek hints) and you can find a tiny green stamp tucked behind a flower pot.

Once you have picked up the item, you can USE it on the access denied wall to lower it.
