What is the purpose of the color prism?

If I "use" the prism it just starts a calm music and nothing happens.

The weirdest thing is the church reflection while we are in a cave.

The missing textures and the holes on the walls of the cave make it seem like an unfinished puzzle? Any idea?

I realize I'm a tad late to the party. By about 7 years. Ne'ertheless, in a quick internet search, I find a YouTube video entitled The Making of The Talos Principle and within the description: "...Croteam's project leaders Davor Hunski and Alen Ladavac..." I rather think 'Serious Sam' knew that before the question was asked. Seriously.

I believe the audio portion of this magnificent Easter egg was removed (?) because it doesn't play when I click the Use indicator on the prism. Mayhap 'The Floyd' got litigious. That would be the same Floyd who neglected to pay the school childrens' choir who featured prominently on their album The Wall. Irony can be so very ugly.

No, it plays for me. Must be either a technical issue on your side, or a game bug you ran into.

(Huh, didn't know that about the children's choir. Disappointing if true, I thought better of Pink Floyd.)

I assembled that accursed leprechaun about 4 times before I realized... 'Gee, I don't hear *any* music... Like... *anywhere*.' At some point, I'd muted the music and completely forgotten that I'd done so.

All those poor robots, riverdancing their metallic asses off, and me with the volume down. X^D

As for Pink Floyd, I'm sure it wasn't any band members deciding the kids shouldn't get paid, but a rather significant oversight by their staff. If I'm not mistaken, the situation did eventually get resolved. (I love their music, too. I've got a bike, you can ride it if you like. ;)

The name of the song has already been mentioned by Aerisana. The music you hear in the game is a remake of the song by Damjan Mranuvac, who produces all the music in all Croteam-Games. As far as i remember, this song is one of Damjan's favourite - that's the reason for the remake; Just the beginning is remade, not the hole song, and i must say the calm ([Electronic]-Strings?)-sound is better than the original one!
