It isn't that questionable, either.
To get there... all you need is to get into Building C, which only requires the entire set of Green Sigils from the worlds in Building A and B, the easiest puzzles in the game.
Which in turn unlocks three worlds that contain some of the more awkward tetromino key puzzles in the game that I've done so far. (plus something else)
Which in turn unlocks the ability to get hints for Red Sigil puzzles, the "hardest" in the game. It is like, for the people that have bounced off the minimum required puzzles they can do, they finally get something to help them backtrack.
Find the CRObar, it's on some rocks before you head across the flat desert to get to the wood boards
