Found a possible secret in B5 (spoilers)
I found what looks like a portal, but I haven't yet found out a way to get to it. I already got the star, and it doesn't seem to be related to the portal in any way. The portal appears to be right on top of the building where you enter the level. I took a few pictures (first of the building, second of the portal on top of the building).

I've spent a few hours trying to figure out how to get up there. I managed to liberate 3 cubes from the various puzzles as well as a jammer, several fans, and several connectors. My current guess is that there is a fan somewhere on the map which will propel you on top of that building. Ideas?

It teleports you into a secret cave. There's a band reference and even their music starts playing.

I actually just figured it out. I can't believe I pilfered 3 cubes out of the puzzles before spotting it.

You need to assemble a fan outside of the puzzles and then jump on it. It's in the walls of ruins submerged in water, you need to get a top fan part to it and a cube so you can jump on it. Get those from a nearby puzzle

Yes, it requires a key. It's really close to the periscope.

Well, it's not really their music. I assume the devs couldn't obtain the rights for the original song and had to come up with something similar (VERY similar, in fact) to avoid infringing copyrights. And, to me, that is good enough. I really liked it. Good work Croteam! I would like to hear this version in it's entirety, though. Does anybody know where to get it?

The prism is from the album cover of The Dark Side of the Moon[en.wikipedia.org]. The church that you see inside looks like it is the world C hub.

The key to unlock the telescope should be on the ground nearby. It is a small lock key and might be slightly hidden.
