Anyone else get physical headaches?
I was able to play the demo for hours without any problems, but after just 10 minutes playing the full game I'm getting a major headache. It's not motion sickness, but something about the graphics is making my head hurt.

Anyone else experience this issue? I've tried fiddling with many of the graphics settings, but nothing is helping me so far. Any ideas how I should solve this?

I want to play more of the game, but I have to stop now because it pains me to play :-(

The game used to give me a bit of a headache when I was playing it but not because of motion, or FOV I think. It's because of focus. Something feels wrong about it. Objects look like I'm wearing somebody else's presciption eyeglasses. My eyes would start to tear up after about an hour of play and I had to quit for the day and continue later. In the end it was a good way to avoid getting sucked in and playing too long per sitting, but it was still a bit annoying.

If you follow most of the suggestions in this thread, then this should help with your motion sickness quite a bit.

One additional tip is to always have a crosshair on the screen, regardless if you're playing in first person or third. Giving your eyes a "target" to focus on helps to cut down on motion sickness or vertigo.
i can only say that your answer/advice have huge science background..plus FPS will need to be 46FPS or more..to not make eye strain just to add that info,here,too.
----anything less 46FPS will strain the eye----
but cause of this is unfocus..so yes keep crosshair or play in 3rd person,to have focus on it,and keep it there as much as you can,best is to stop moving and then look around..or at least reduce player speed as is so many times mentioned in many posts above...
now you know why,why that is so important...

dunbaratu - perhaps what you need is "3D rendering Mpix" set to "unlimited"?
