Unfortunately saves aren't transferable so it looks like you'll have to play through the game again if you want it that badly.
I hope Croteam does not do the Achievements-For-THIS-Story-Path thing in TTP2. This is because the player should not feel forced to change how they progress through the game based on achievements. The triple-fork on Milton's dialogue path (Silence|Press|Deal) is fine because it also isn't obvious it's a fork. The 49 sigils image and Messenger help box, to name a few, were really obvious, on the other hand.
A pipe dream would be for these achievements to be one-time-only so if you got one, you couldn't get the others in the fork from a new playthrough. There are no "opposites": the worst is the double-up-achievement for Deal.
IMHO, restarting this game is a silly idea. Cause obviously, you already know the solutions to all puzzles. So yeah, you're out of luck there, buddy.
I'm planning to get all the achievements until I realized that I failed the Hedging my Bets already.. It's really pointless and tedious to have a new playthrough all over again just for this easily missed achievement...So sad
I do hope someone might have a proper save file for this one as well...
