Can't find last star - help!

I've got all the stars from A, B and C - I know this because they're all crossed off the sign posts.

I also got the star in the building behind the tower. And I got a star from falling off level 6 of the tower and falling through a skylight, into level 3 I think. So I currently have 9 stars and one missing in order to gain access to the star level in hub C which remains locked still.

I figured I need to complete a full set of white sigils before climbing the steps after finishing the level 6 puzzle.

I did take a peak at the top but it seems I can't stay there for long before everything goes to crap so I have no idea if there's a star up there.

Alright, here are sequential hints that will get you closer to the solution:
HINT #1: It is located in one of the Messenger Levels.
HINT #2: It is in the Messenger Level in World C.
HINT #3: Check out the path that follows along the right side of the level.

Yes indeed. I was in hub C so started there and found it after walking around for a bit though took a while to pluck up the courage to walk across the gap (though did fall off on the way back!)

Funny this necro thread was just revived.

I got 29 stars by myself and was missing the same 30th star! I finally gave up and found a hint on the internet. I'm glad I did since I was focusing my searching in the wrong places.

There is a light-brown dirt path in the grass stretching from the statue with the QR code. That should help with your angle.
