Soundtrack - Pink Floyd?
As I've been playing the game, something about the soundtrack has been nagging at me. I finally realised what – the keyboard parts sound -very- similar to Rick Wright on early Pink Floyd tracks.

This link is to the 1969 track “Cirrus Minor”. The song is nice enough, but wait until about half-way through, when the vocals stop, and the keyboards take over.

The track “Saucerful of Secrets”, from the 1968 album of the same name, came in four movements. The final movement, “Celestial Voices” is also uncannily similar to parts of the game's soundtrack. Have a listen to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y7056aAuz-g

Nice catch! There is certailnly some similarity or better say similar vibe, though I'm not quiet sure if it's intended or not. May be Damjan will come out to this thread and explain if it's true. Also, it was said in the game that Pink Floyd is a favourite band of Alexandra and there is also a Dark Side of the Moon easter egg.

It's been confirmed by the man himself on his Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/all_comments?v=0J2xolKQjs8

Just scroll down a bit and you'll see Damjan's reply to someone asking the same question.

I think they talk about easter egg, not about game soundtrack.

In the comments below the Youtube video, Damjan actually replies at least once about Pink Floyd. (It may take some scrolling to get to that comment - he made it several weeks ago.)

It seems a lot of people are liking Pink Floyd! :)

Well. I found only this comment about Pink Floyd
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=487134648

But he actually talks about reference to Dream Theater

But then again The Guardians are really sound like interlude from Cirrus Minor.

Yeah, I absolutely love the OST for this game. Listening to it on my phone as we speak.

I can see the Floyd influences, but honestly I think that has more to do with penning an ambient soundscape more than anything.

Good Catch. While playing the game I have also noticed some very tiny melodic similarities to some fragments of compositions by Pink Floyd and other progressive rock musicians:

Pink Floyd - Echoes (1970)

King Crimson - Starless (1974)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvz8jtZ3f5s

Mike Oldfield - Tubular Bells (1973)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HB00PMz6SX8

Anyway, it's one of the best game soundtracks I've ever heard. Thank you, Damjan Mravunac!
