Good Listener and Thurough Researcher Achievements (Spoilers)

So, I made a deal wit the Serpent for the entire library access. I also got all 3 of the Star Gate images. Does this not grant the achievement? Also, I collected all the audio diaries but the achievement didn't grant. Any idea what happened there?

There are a total of 22 audio logs, make sure you have them all. (Good listener)
The other one is not getting access to the library but reading all the terminals, every level has one + some extra's. There is a guide for this game revealing the location of all of them.
When you have opened all the files you should be rewarded the achievements (Through Researcher)

Except I do have all 22 audio logs. I guess my achievement's bugged?

Now that I think about it, there was one instance where an audio log was running and Elohim inturrupted it and the log stopped. Maybe I should relisten to all of them and see if that's what happened. I don't know what number it was though. ><

You should probably double check to make sure you have all of them. Elohim interrupting the audio log playback shouldn't have an impact on the achievement. I know for a fact, since it happened to me. For the thorough researcher, not only do you have to access every terminal, but you also have to open every single document within that terminal.

To check if you missed any audio logs, you can hit TAB on your keyboard to access the journal. There will be a list of all audio logs you've listened to, numbered from 01 thru 22. If you are missing a number, you can use the steam guide below to find the location. You can also use the guide to compare the terminals in your journal to see which ones are missing.

Same bug to me. I have all collected, checked one again from guide, but achievement does not show out. Anyone knows what to do now?

SOLVED: I read and listen all documents on TAB selection :D

Sry for reviving an old thread, but I can't seem to unlock this last achievement. I'm positive that I did read all the items in the terminals both in world and in the logs (TAB)
The only thing that comes to mind is that I played the game on two computers with a different language
Any help would be appreciated. This is one of the games I enjoyed most so I'd really like to finish it with all the achievemnts

Some level contain extra terminals that are not shown in tab, I for example did not find B01 extra and B03 extra but those 2 terminals dont show up in tab unless you have found them.
