I am redoing all puzzles in TTP and the more I replay them, the easier they become. So all puzzles in the base game of TTP is much less of a challenge then when I first played TTP. The first time I played this puzzle and certainly The Nervewrecker (the Star world in hub A) I find them less intimidating and less scary.
That 'rock' you are carrying is not a rock but a piece of the Gnaar. When you find all pieces and put them together in the intended place, the Gnaar blasts into the sky like a rocket (not 'rock'et hahaha).
Maybe because of the low wall there, this could be intended as an alternative solution.
Come to think of it, how about the star outside of all puzzles in this level? Is the wall there to be low enough for this too? I will try this.
You can give it a try if you want, IIRC it is in the first area of C section (right side from the tower).
