Blue screen on computer and painting

Hey I'm new to the game and while exploring the 7th island from the 1st world I found a computer with blue screen and I can't interact with it, do I have to come back later ? I also found a bucket full of white paint but couldn't find if I have to do something with it or not.

I don't think you can use the computer with blue screens. the bucket of paint is for writing on the walls. . . just pickup the paint bucket and face any wall to put a mark on it. good luck
