Help with "Missing XAudio2 library" :(

Initially I had a HDD on my pc and played the game without any problems, but I've installed recently an SSD and performed a clean install of Windows 11 OS and since then I can't initialize the game correctly because it says "You do not have an up to date version of the xaudio2 libraries, which are a part of DirectX. Press OK to update DirectX, or Cancel to continue. If you continue without updating, the game will have no sound, or may have problems with stability, performance or sound quality".

Anyone with the same problem or any idea how to solve it? I've liked this game so far and it would be a shame if I can't play it anymore:(

Go to sound options and select API OpenAL.

It doesn't let me change it from the game. And I went to the .ini file and change it from there and still no sound:(

You probably don't have OpenAL libs installed too.

Try fixing XAudio2 problem since most games use it nowadays.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist and (re)install DirectX manually.
