Easy Way to Find QR Codes in Levels?
So I'm putting together a guide for this game, and would like to help out fellow 100 percent completionists with the locations of each point-of-interest, including QR codes. And while I have found resources on here covering which QR codes are in which levels, none of them have specifically covered their locations. Moreover, I've come up with almost nothing for the Road to Gehenna DLC codes.

Is there some sort of console command that pinpoints where they are, similar to how all of the paint bucket spawns were eventually identified? It'd be nice to have such a major shortcut to finding them, as opposed to trekking through every level looking at bricks.

As for resources, in the speedrunning community we went ahead and documented all of the qrs in this sheet (along with a bunch of other stuff):

I also did an "All QRs" run quite a while ago, which you could use as reference for locations. Technically it doesn't read *every* one, just every unique id. 145 and 175 have duplicates, but they should be easy enough to find.

I think you might have to do it the hard way.

So I've looked through all of the worlds in Gehenna, and have found all of the QR codes that I would consider "standard". To anyone interested, feel free to use this as a reference, as I've always found the QR codes to give an extra level of depth to the experience:

However, I've looked through the game's files, and cannot for the life of me find this oddball set of QR codes:

003="TTRS:Messages.Predefined_DLC_01.003=[UPLOAD IN PROGRESS. PLEASE STAND BY.]\n -- SystemMessage"

005="TTRS:Messages.Predefined_DLC_01.005=01000111010001010100100001000101010011100100111001000001\n -- ERROR"
(Binary for "GEHENNA")

006="TTRS:Messages.Predefined_DLC_01.006=01001000010001010100110001001100\n -- ERROR"
(Binary for "HELL")

007="TTRS:Messages.Predefined_DLC_01.007=010100000101010101010010010001110100000101010100010011110101001001011001\n -- ERROR"
(Binary for "PURGATORY")

008="TTRS:Messages.Predefined_DLC_01.008=01000100010010010101100101010101\n -- ERROR"
(Binary for "DIYU")

009="TTRS:Messages.Predefined_DLC_01.009=0100100001000001010001000100010101010011\n -- ERROR"
(Binary for "HADES")

010="TTRS:Messages.Predefined_DLC_01.010=0101010001000001010100100101010001000001010100100101010101010011\n -- ERROR"
(Binary for "TARTARUS")

011="TTRS:Messages.Predefined_DLC_01.011=010011100100000101010010010000010100101101000001\n -- ERROR"
(Binary for "NARAKA")

012="TTRS:Messages.Predefined_DLC_01.012=01001101010010010100110001010100010011110100111000100000010010110100010101011001010011100100010101010011\n -- ERROR"
(Binary for "MILTON KEYNES")

By the looks of it, this appears to be some sort of Easter Egg, but I have no idea where they're located. If someone more knowledgeable than I about this game could enlighten me, it'd be super-helpful.

This is fantastic. Thank you and your community for putting this together.

What do you mean unique? As I said the only IDs that appear in multiple locations are 145 and 175.

@apple My apologies for not replying to this sooner, but thank you so much! I can't tell you how greatly I appreciate you sharing such a comprehensive and organized sheet. I spent hours scouring the internet for any help of this kind, and wasn't expecting much more than an anecdotal answer on these forums.

That being said, I do have one more question, specifically about the Paint Message QRs: how are you supposed to unlock the two "Road to Gehenna" messages (550 and 551)? There are no paint cans in the DLC, and I don't think the two campaigns share any metadata, so how do these ever get flagged as "available"? I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and playing the first few minutes of the DLC mid-main-game to see if that would get them to pop, but no dice.

The only way you can get them is by making a (good) deal with Milton, when on the Nihlist path, in the main campaign. One of the deal options is "Give me the means to communicate with others like me.", which unlocks all paint messages.

Hmm, surprising. Thanks!

I assume these two in particular come with the caveat that the player owns the DLC as well, yes?

I don't think so. Their translation names are `DLC1` and `DLC2` hence why we thought they were related, but they appear in the base game messages file and the milton dialog just unlocks all player messages.
