Been looking at the loading screen for level 11 for 10 minutes now... Tried resetting the game multiple times

Game was fun for what we could play. Similar gameplay as to Overcooked...but Pirates! However.... Once we got to the level where we learned how to repair the ship it had issues spawning or continuing the level. We sank 2 ships and then nothing else spawned after. We tried restarting and it still ran into the same issue so we couldn't progress any further than that. There was also something smoking under the surface of the water?
