I wouldn't say it has replay value unless you count playing on higher difficulties and with more enemies, though it does have co-op and survival.
There is progression - with the skill tree and obtaining stronger weapons, gadgets, and addons for weapons as you play through the campaign.
It's currently on sale and I'd encourage you to try it, first few levels are a bit slow, but it picks up its pace. You can always refund if you have issues or don't enjoy it.
How many hours are the game's worth? I tend to value that at least the game's number of hours be worth the price asked (with exceptions to intense experiences like VR headsets for example).
The campaign is about 9-12 hours long on normal difficulty. It can get longer if you look for secrets. There are also great workshop maps available.
There's the survival mode which is sort of meant to be a way to jump right in to the action after beating the campaign, instead of going back and replaying the campaign. But it's just fighting off waves of enemies in arena-style maps until you eventually die. Then you're scored based on time survived, the difficulty, and other stuff. But the wave based survival mode is not like Killing Floor for example where you can level up perks to unlock new skills. There's no progression system or anything. But there's no real reason for that to exist in a game like this anyway.
If you aren't sure if your hardware will manage or that you'll end up enjoying it, then just try it out and then request a refund before you hit two hours if it ends up running poorly or you find that you don't like it. You should easily be able to make a decision within two hours. This game is not that complex.
Quality may vary.
Ok thank you all for your inputs, I'm considering the purchase because campaign seems fun enough and have the possibility for refund in case performance is really bad optimized.
