The final crew member?

Alright I would like to preface this with that this is my 2nd time through the game and I cannot seem to obtain the full crew achievement. It's worse cause I believe I know which crew member I'm missing.

If anyone could tell me how to get the engineer out of the New Rhomu jail it'd be much appreciated. Overall I think this is the person I'm missing due to the fact every crew member is named and not just (man, woman, robot etc) and he's like the only named character I've seen that I can't figure out how to get him to join me... Or am I missing something obvious?

Who am I missing? I'd like some help honestly whether it be from the creators or just another player.

For the guy in the jail talk to all of the deputies and one of them will tell you to pay 20K credits to get him out.

Yeah recheck the list I got him and am missing someone else.... Which I found out to be the girl that's in the slums that offered you infomation near the start of the game. Remember the JAxx blasterson line she said was back in like chap 3/4 yeah THAT girl.

The achievement description is deliberately vague, as there are actually 20+ crewmembers. I found 22, idk if that's even all of them, but aside from Lorne, who it sounds like you found after all, this list is also missing Marco Xol and Sara Lav. As for unlocking those two, read below at your own risk:

Marco Xol:Marco is found early-game when visiting Rhomu for the first time, down a side pathway to the left of the Astrea camp after the monster attack clears it out, leaving him as the only survivor. After healing him, he will be in your debt, and will be found later to have rejoined up with Astrea, and made it aboard your ship in the R&D room. His support effect is Desperate Damage +50%, and is one of few permanently missable crew members.

Sara Lav:Much easier to find, she's in the outermost chamber of the Gunmancy Temple on Nuluup, and will only join up with you after Chahn has successfully completed the Gunmancy trial, and you interact with her on your way out. Her support effect is Gunmancy +50%, and she is unlockable at any point by returning to the temple.
