I agree. Most important is finally a authentic motocross game with real circuits and racers with an actual good career mode. It seems like we had this back in early 2000's and then everything went towards the casual market

Yeah, very nice physics and awesome wheelie! i want to do wheelie all the time + firstperson is so awesome too! Bikes sound is very nice its so realistic sound btw this is just demo i hope all bikes have other sounds.

Yeah but man do i miss making tracks for dirt bike games. Wish this game had a track editor like good old MXvsATV Unleashed had.

Sounds good to me. It's all subjective though. I guess the fact that I have good nautural sounding speakers (Sennheiser) helps.

The bike sounds are not good. They're tolerable but by no means good. I hooked my pc up to my nice 5.1 surround sound with good pioneer speakers so that wasn't the issue.

The game is awesome though and I cannot wait till Friday to play the full game. The physics are fun but could be better, especially in the air. I miss making tracks as well. I made a few tracks for MVA (mx vs atv unleashed) and released them on MCM Factory. Is that place still around?

Yes mcmfactory is still around, however its no longer maintained, and the database is a mess. I loved MVAU, even made made a few track for the stock physics. I thought the physics sucked as they presented inharent problems for making replica tracks, so i decided to start the Ehanced Physics/Real Physics mod.

I have B&W 800 series speakers in my surround system that's in a sound treated room running Audyssey XT32, dude... I also have a pair Sennheiser headphones... Oh and I've owned these bikes and raced them in real life before (and have a wall of trophies) and attend the pro nats on occasion. The bike sounds are as lame as they can get...

anyone here tried mx simulator? only reason im buying this is because they are trying to make it realistic so im trying to support the game so they can go further into development

I've tried MX Simulator multiple times and wanted to like it but I just could not get into it. I'll admit, I can be a bit of a graphics snob and the graphics in MX Simulator are not good. And the sounds the bike makes in that game are terrible. I've heard people talk about the physics in MX Simulator being very realistic but I didn't think that at all. I've been riding/racing motocross for 16 years so while I'm not a pro racing Supercross, I certainly know the way a dirt bike should handle.

I tried mx simulator, but realized it isn't suited to my tastes.

While I believe it's truly a simulator, I prefer something there is a little easier to pick up and play yet having a lot of depth and simulation features. This game seems to hit the mark for me, while you can instantly play it with all assists on, you can also turn it into a semi simulater experience with the assists turned off.

The next big thing for me is a offline points championship mode with real racers. This game has it, and as a bonus a really cool career mode.

I am not a online racer, so keep that in mind.

Some of you critics just need to get a real bike and do some real riding. My RMZ-450 will most likely pass you in a blur though.
