Multiplayer Dedicated server file added

I noticed the dedicated server is attached to the game files.. so..if ya run the server you can't play the game.. Much appreciated that at least it seems Enemy Front is moving forward with Dedicated Servers.. look forward to the day it is apart from the game so we can start seein servers stick around while we play. Look forward to see the game on places like gameservers.com etc etc.. this all would be nice if it happens before the community falls apart.

is there a command list someplace for the Dedicated server file or is it just a basic no frills server at the moment? rotations? kicks? bans? etc. etc?

Any possible way to run it without effecting the game? command line execute?
