It's funny that you mentioned this because my first unlocked achievements in this game is actually the achievements for having completed the game on Ultra Hard with New Game+...
I wanted to (and currently am) replaying the game with a clean game but with the Face Paints and Focus Effects unlocked and available, and when I first imported my save from the original where I had unlocked all of them I forgot that the option to select face paint isn't at all available in the main menu -- it's only available after having loaded a save.
But since I didn't realize that, I thought the progress of having completed the original version on Ultra Hard with New Game+ didn't carry over, so the very first thing I did was load up that save of mine and replay the final mission of the game in this Remastered version, unlocking those relevant end-game achievements in the process.
In hindsight, once I realized my mistake, I assume that wasn't actually necessary, but it has resulted in me having achieved the end-game achievements before even the tutorial achievement, lol.
