Hey folks, thank you to everyone who has been playing Towerbolt in the week since its launch! Been getting a lot of good feedback, a huge thank you to everyone who has left a review of the game, that helps a lot with Steam store visibility and for supporting my work!


The first update to Towerbolt (v1.00.01) is now available! This update addresses a few issues, mainly the Steam Cloud saves issue found shortly after launch. Steam Cloud saves will be re-enabled as of this announcement. Thank you for your patience and understanding as this issue was being fixed!


As a fun bonus, and as a way of making amends for the outage for Steam cloud saves, since I was reworking the save system anyways, this patch will add ⚡multiple in game save slots to the game!⚡

If you've been playing the game up to now, your existing save will exist as "Save Slot 1" after launching the game with the update. This feature was added after observing that some folks would prefer to keep a full game clear save file available for being able to play any level in the game through chapter select / level select. Feel free to use any of the other save slots as you'd like after the update!


Below are the main patch notes for changes for V1.00.01:


-Fixing save system to work with Steam Cloud

-Adding multiple save slots to the game

-Adding a fix for player wall clipping

-Some in progress work for Steam Deck compatibility, mainly adding controller glyphs appropriate for Steam Deck to show up where needed

-Re setting the "S" Rank par time for F128 to be attainable
