Store page states there is Steam Cloud, but it seems that it's not available at this moment.

After plugging the stick in, the game registers a continuous directional input towards the upper left side of the screen, even though the stick has been in a neutral position. The HORI stick works fine in other games. Please, fix this.

What are these options on the first menu? Am not sure how they relate to the game, nor whether I select them or what.
