Didn't get DLC yet. Just checked the full FAQ and it says to set (A) account to public AND (B) game details to public. Did that now. Time is almost up, hope it's not too late.

No DLC after 36 hours. Checked like 10 times if I did everything correct.

exactly on 27 April the free DLC is showing, 1 day to late for getting it. Whole month message did not show up, only when offer is over it shows. I FEEL CHEATED!!!!!

No worries, this is completely normal and won't affect your ability to get Parklife. :) Steam is used to confirm you have the base game, which is why your profile and list of games owned needs to be public.

Check to make sure all of this is good:

• Your profile and games are set to public on Steam like in this image
  
• Does your Paradox Account settings have all these 4 things looking like in this picture[i.imgur.com]? Checking more options for the newsletter is fine too.
  
• Have you checked your library to see it didn't sneak in there? You won't get a notification that the DLC has been added, it will just appear. And just to be sure you aren't having an issue with the library, go to Steam Support, find Cities: Skylines, select "DLC or bonus content missing", then "DLC" and check if it's on the list there.
  
• When linking the accounts, did you allow Paradox to redeem and activate CD-keys on your account? (this happens on Steam) If not, try unlink/relink the accounts and make sure you allow this. If Steam doesn't prompt you to do so, try relogging Steam. Only do this once though! Relinking several times might just cause you to miss the next check instead. :)

If you meet all the requirements and have waited more than 36 hours, then please use the Google Form below to report this directly to us. Sending out the form many times will not speed up the process (it may result in slowing it down), so please fill it in only once.

As long as you signed up before the cutoff (the 26th at 23:59), the DLC is on its way to you, though it can still take up to 36 hours for it to arrive in your library, so please leave the accounts linked and your Steam profile on public at least until you have the DLC.

If you didn't make it, you are ofc still very welcome to sign up for the newsletter to get news about Cities: Skylines, but I'm afraid you are too late to get Parklife as a reward. :/

No, filling in the form is only for situations where you meet all the requirements, but still haven't received the DLC after 36 hours. Did you manage to change your Steam settings by trying again later?

There isn't really a "normal" as a bit of luck plays a role. If you signed up just after a check, then you'll wait a long time, if you signed up shortly before, you won't. There's been a lot of 2-5 hours, but there's also been a lot of ~30 hours. And then it seems the amount of people signed up who are still waiting also matters - like people in a queue basically.

I'm sorry to hear you missed the giveaway! :/ It's no help now, but if you are on social media, you can follow the official channels, where things like this get announced. That way at least you'd increase your chances of seeing a similar event in the future.

i feel bad for the people who missed there chance to get a free DLC

I was excitedly waiting for the free DLC, but before I knew it, the distribution period was over. Very sad. It is my fault that I was not able to check the coronavirus from time to time under the situation where the coronavirus is spreading (due to my medical work), but I wish it had been a little longer. For those of you who got it for free, have fun! I'll enjoy the game without the parklife. If you're still alive...
