Is there a distance measuring tool?

I'd like to plan road grids etc. with precision but it's often not possible without laying road (such as the "spokes" needed to create a perfect circle) and then bulldozing it, which seems like an awful kludge. Can anyone advise? Many thanks.

If you use the road smooth turns tool and build a road for, say, 1 "section" (the line) and then go 90 degrees in one direction for 1 section it will make a perfect circle.

For your roud stuff, I guess it's for a roundabout. You should use this mod for it which build automatically roundabout from a juction.
