Yes, you do have an integrated GPU
Although i have HQ, i was surprised. Haven't seen or red about integrated graphics in any pc specifications of mine. Thank you, my bad.
MSI gaming laptops have intergrated graphics and dedicated gpu. Normally Nvidia Maximus will switch between said graphics based on what you are doing.(I believe your model also has the changing color light of the power button) so when it is using the dedicated graphics card, your power button should be red, if not it is white(or off).
Sometimes however, with new games this is not the case. In that case, you have to set it manually.
I have this exact same issue, and I have the same CPU/ GPU as you. I haven't been able to fix this either, have you had any luck?
Yes. On windows 8.1 (i suppose on 7 as well) on the bottom right (or where you have the time and date you click on arrow, to show all apps in the tray. Right there there is an app GeForce Experience. Right click on it and go to "Open Nvidia Control Panel". In opened window go to "Manage 3D settings". There are 2 tabs. 1 is Global Settings, and other Program Settings. You either go to global and choose High Performance Nvidia Processor for overall better usage, but you loose your battery work time (although it is not huge), or you go to Program Settings and choose Cities skylines and manually choose High Performance Nvidia Processor for this parcticular programm.
