You have significantly more workshop than your system supports and you may need to mess with Virtual memory settings.

How To Set Launch Options
As far as the MacOS pagefile, you don't need to do anything to activate it or change it. MacOS automatically manages it for you. See the following for more details:

One thing to check is your MacOS boot disk. If it is "full" then there is no room for MacOS to allocate page file space which can lead to this error. If this is the case free up some space by getting rid of some files.
If you have the time and effort, you could convert that to a MacOS page file guide. I know it would be appreciated much by the community.
