Disappearing UI

Okay i' sure this is a dumb question but need help. Somehow I occasionally hit a button the causes the UI to disappear. What am I doing and how do I get it back. So far I have had to hit shift alt deleate and close the game losing the progress.

Sorry to ask but which UI you mean? The vanilla one, one of a mod? screenshot?

do you use first person camera mod? it uses Tab to hide (and unhide) the UI.

Usually Tab does that. If that doesn't get you back, try hitting Esc a few times and scroll to zoom out.

IIRC there is a button at bottom right somewhere that does it - sorry, I'm not at my game PC so working from memory.

Caught me out a coupla times when I first started too.

I'm thinking it's this too.

I get an issue with the UI if I load one city from another (or re-load). If I exit the game (either to desktop or main menu) and then load the city no problem.

You're doing what's called a 2nd load, which breaks a lot of mods. So having some weird stuff happening is expected. Always restart the game after loading once to avoid this. It's how the game loads things - the 2nd load goes "on top" of the first one without clearing the first load. So everything is running twice (or trying to), which messes with mods and increases your RAM usage.

I need help with this too and i cant save and i was using Walk and drive mod and i dont wanna start over f11 or tab dont work...
