Buildings from base game missing and all mods disable from start, all suddenly.

Hello I finished playing yesterday and no problem, today all mods were off from start, enabled everything and now some buildings are missing from the base game, such as the European theme style school, police, and large fire brigade building. The theme was off too.

Does anyone have any idea of why this has happened, please?

If you're playing on another map that isn't European themed then the European buildings won't naturally be available unless you enable the European Style in the Styles tab in the Content Manager Menu.

Sounds like the European Style got disabled along with everything else and just needs to be enabled again. :)

Yes I enabled it back< I am just puzzled with why everything got disabled in the first place.

It happens occationally when the files that store the information of what's enabled get corrupted and/or deleted. That's something that seems to happen occationally when having high memory usage and quitting the game. The file gets saved at that point, but it doesn't save correctly, so it's at 0kb, which makes the operating system delete it.

The Instant Return to Desktop mod seems to help avoid it, as it changes how the game shuts down.
