Missing assets shown when you load your game (when using the Loading Screen Mod) isn't actually something you need to worry about. Most of those (if not all) are just props or trees that were used to decorate buildings. If you want them, the Loading Screen Mod makes a handy list with links, but the buildings work perfectly fine without. And sometimes it's actually a good idea to not get props or trees to save memory.
The only ones you really need to deal with are assets listed as Broken by the Loading Screen Mod. Again you can use the report the mod generates to figure out what's wrong. To find it, go to Options, find the Loading Screen Mod on the left, then enable the report and copy or change the path where it saves the report. In most cases broken assets are missing a network or mod, that you need to subscribe to and enable. In a few rare cases, the asset is just broken and should be unsubscribed.
And then on to mods. To help figure out which mods cause trouble, we have a nice list made by the commuity of known broken and incompatible mods. It's a great tool to avoid any known troublemakers and I really recommend saving the link somewhere, so you can easily check mods you consider subscribing to or go through your already subscribed mods.

Lastly always make sure to UNSUBSCRIBE mods and not just disable them. And always restart the game between loading a city, as that's the only way to make sure all mods are running like they should.
