3 lane roads?

I have recently attempted playing again and for some reason this is bothering me to the point of causing a headache.

I don't seem to have access to 3 lane roads to make my entrance roads match up, I can't find any mods for 3 lane roads either, it just gives me many pages of roundabouts and overpass stuff.

Anybody have a 3 lane road mod link to share?

3 lane should be in highway roads tab.
also network extensions installs some as well.
