Has anyone else heard of this? Are there other "buildings" from the last update that don't work?
The problem takes a while to manifest as well - you're playing without issue then all of a sudden your transport lines start breaking. Quite maddening.
Fortunately you fix it with:

and you can track down broken transport lines with:

I'm positive the city quay is at least one of the problem makers.
I don't think it is wise to just recommend the "more path units" mod for this problem. As the description states, once the mod is enabled in a city, it can never be loaded without. Imo it would be better to first locate the root of the problem before throwing things at it.
The problem with this game is that it's never finished. New DLC's all the time, eating more and more resources from your computer. And when you get a problem CO blames it on the mods, mods that wouldn't be needed if they added those things to the game, things the players really want, in stead of more and more and more stuff that you need a super computer to run.
What I did was to remove all DLC's after Parklife, and suddenly the game speed increased ten fold. This game annoyes me. It's so greta, but it's made in a way that begs for problems.
