Missing road types

Hello mayors,

I used to play CS a bit when After Dark came out. And there were some road types that I enjoyed using, most importantly the 5-way highway and the 4-lane road that wasn't an avenue. Instead of having parked cars left or right, there were 2 extra lanes. I don't find them anywhere and I couldn't find a mod that did that either. I would really appreciate it, if somebody could give me a nudge in the right direction. I am having huge traffic problems because of this.
