Conclusion, for what ever reason, the terrain.party site is not working how it used to.
For info, the URL I used is: http://terrain.party/api/export?name=Peterborough2&box=-0.015420,52.741758,-0.549595,52.418367
It still has the heightmaps and the readme.txt file inside of it.

Okay thank you for responding. I will try again every so often.
I don't know how to import map from that site, I am not that good with computer stuff :D
ps. sorry for my finglish.
Just wait for a couple of days, it'll return to normal, and I am also used to this issue that is why I have downloaded my needed heightmaps just before it went down days ago.
Then your area is the problem, here in the Philippines, terrain.party went down like a couple of times but returned to normal afterwards, I have successfully downloaded heightmaps of Philippine cities on either July 11 or July 12 (or two weeks from now).
