What is the best way to move industry?
In the early stages I built my industry across the road from residential and now I'd like to move it. Is there a good way to do this or is this only way to dezone and zone an new area?

You need mods such as one that allows you to move object. But if it is in the early stage, just dezone and rezone.

Dezoning and rezoning is the best way to go when dealing with growables (i.e. buildings you do not place yourself, but grow after you've zoned an area)

Keep in mind that the ground the industry was on is polluted and needs to get clean again. This happens slowly over time, though rain (water) seems to speed this process a bit. Until the ground is clean do not zone any residential or place any water towers on that ground, or your cims will get sick from the pollution!!

Yup dezone and rezone is in my opinion the best way. I often do it one building at a time to not shock the population (the workers) too much.
