To verify the files Click Library then right click on Cities Skylines in the left hand pane, select Properties then choose Local Files and click the Verify integrity of game files.

Always read a mods description before subbing and give a thumbs up and a follow for the author.. To get a list of your mods load up your save and go into Mod listings options and click copy to clipboard at the bottom.

While loading; do the numbers representng memory usage, turn red? If so, you need to cut down on Workshop content.
