The only load screen mod I use is

You probably can bring the load up even more with the mod.
Page file.
I keep it at 240000/240000.
I am up in about 70 seconds.
Now, it's really only the dreaded
mod combination selection process.
I am in control of my mods.
I do not let them get in the way, no matter how many I may want (yes!).
One by one.
Mods are never in control of me or my build time.
Good on you, we are all ones in your shoes. Good job.
The other thing may be, that during mod cleanup you have unsubscribed to many mods, that you had disabled in the game. Disabled, but subscribed mods may have negative impact on memory usage and loading time.
