Sorry for stealing the post but I downloaded this mod but there is no grass painter there. What am I doing wrong?

@mrvilla: Nothing. With the 'Surface Painter' mod you can alter the look of the terrain. If it's grass you want, but it's covered by a path for instance, you can use the 'Clip' option (most right in the mods menu) to get the grass visible again.

If you have resources covering the ground, you'll need the 'Extra Landscaping' mod to remove these resources to get the grass visible again: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=502750307&searchtext=extra+landscaping

If you have a cliff texture because the ground is elevated, you'll need to level it out to get grass.

What exactly are you trying to do? Perhaps post a screenshot.
